Do you really need to restore these images or just open them? I ask because there are free 'image explorers' that can open them for you to extract what you need out of them. If you need to restore the images it may be more difficult. Ghost32 is the windows version of the DOS based Ghost executable that uses.gho image files. I think it was available in the consumer version of Ghost 8.0. It's now only available with the enterprise versions of Ghost Solution Suite.

The trials used to contain fully working versions of Ghost 32 but I'm almost positive they stopped that. However, I'm pretty sure the trial contains a version called ghostoem32.exe That is ghost32 that can only restore images and will not create them. Norton bought PowerQuest and used it's technology starting with the consumer version of Ghost 9. That's when they changed from the DOS based.gho images to the consumer based.v2i images.
