I got the Tuner A: (empty) nothing issue with my 2nd DM800 clone, I have read through previous threads with similar issues and still haven't managed to find a fix or an answer on drivers relating to tuners. I have tested the tuner from the box which was giving the Empty tuner problem and it is working in another clone box perfectly fine, so I know it's not the tuner.

Is there a way to install drivers for certain tuners directly to the box to see if this will fix the issue? As it seems to be more software related than hardware. I have tested various images and all have the same problem, currently on one of the latest patch OpenPLi images. Any suggestions would be great, Tuner is a: Alps BSBE2-801A. I think it may just be a driver issue as everything else seems to be working fine, tested with another psu and still works it just doesn't detect the tuner correctly. Im on 84B at the minute, would it be worth trying a different bootloader?

The BCM file is the only one responsible for a missing tuner. Maybe the image is not patched correctly or it needs a BCM file of a different date.
